Payments, Conditions and Policies
- Non-smoking rules apply to all suites, but smoking allowed in outside areas.
- Credit card facilities available*
- Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations that have not been confirmed as per our cancellation policies.
- No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation.
- Non arrivals, earlier departures and "no shows" will be charged in full for the booked accommodation period.

Check-in time: 14h00 - 18h00.
Check out-time: 10h00.
A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date.
Cancellations: 30 to 8 days prior to check-in date, 50% of reservation value will be forfeited.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in date and / or non-arrival. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
Child Policy: We do not allow children.
Pet Policy: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the premises.
Responsibility Policy: Whilst C'est si Bon and its employees will take care, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability, loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his / her luggage and/or personal property, or alleged inferior accommodation.
